To install Matrixer run mtxsetup.exe.
After the installation run matrixer.exe which will be placed by
the installation program into Matrixer directory (or, rather, click
Matrixer item in the Windows "Start" menu).
"...\Examples\" will be the default working directory after installation.
Default working directory could be changed in "Preferences" > "Directory"
